Perinatal Yoga

Perinatal Yoga considers both prenatal (during pregnancy) and postnatal (after pregnancy) needs. Enjoy a safe and supportive space for you to connect with your body and growing baby, while strengthening your joints and muscles and relaxing your mind throughout this transformative time in a welcoming community. This all levels class is open to all who want to explore yoga.

Specific modifications provided for pregnant practitioners. Meet yourself and your body where you are, and give yourself the gift of movement and connection to your inner self.

This class is recommended from pregnancy through two years postpartum.

Saturdays at 10am - no walk ins accepted for class
